If you’ve been depressed for a while, chances are everything needs fixing in some form or another. If you’re paralysed by how much stuff you have to do, the secret is that it doesn’t matter which thing you choose to do first.
After all, they are all critical. Your choice will still be useful. You don’t even need to try prioritising.
AND you don’t have to do it well. A house badly swept is better than not swept at all. Your teeth brushed for 10 seconds is better than not brushed at all.
When judging your capability or effectiveness as you come out of depression, be kind to yourself. It works better.
